Please read all the content on this page before commissioning. Once the client requests a quotation or submits a contribution, it will be deemed that all the terms have been agreed upon.
We will adjust the prices and services whenever the orders are fully booked for half a year. If there are any adjustments to the terms, we will inform the clients who will be affected.

Commissions will be selected.
The commissions are not allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will conduct selections. The selection will be carried out through voting by all members of the studio, and many factors will be taken into comprehensive consideration. If a commission is not chosen, it is definitely not because the character is not good-looking enough. Every character has its own unique charm!

Clients who have cooperated before also need to participate in the selection process according to the procedures.

The commissioned position cannot be transferred.
The studio will sign an agreement to safeguard the rights and interests of both parties. Any act of transferring the commissioned position is strictly prohibited. If any transfer behavior is discovered at a later stage, the studio will immediately terminate the commission, permanently blacklist both the transferor and the transferee, and make a public announcement. Neither of them will be allowed to commission again.

Only accept commissions from adults.
A commission requires signing an agreement and presenting identity documents. Commissions from minors in any form will not be accepted. It is required that the commissioned character belongs to the client who signs the contract, and proxy appointments are not allowed. If it is discovered that the client is a minor or there is fraudulent behavior, the studio will immediately terminate the commission, permanently blacklist the client and make a public announcement. The client will no longer be allowed to commission again.

AI characters are not accepted.
If it is discovered that the commissioned character is set by AI or the client has fraudulent behavior, the studio will immediately terminate the commission, permanently blacklist the client and make a public announcement. The client will no longer be allowed to commission again.

Plagiarized characters are not accepted.
If it is discovered that the commissioned character is plagiarized or the client has fraudulent behavior, the studio will immediately terminate the commission, permanently blacklist the client and make a public announcement. The client will no longer be allowed to commission again.

Perfectionism is not accepted.
Handmade products are inevitably flawed, and we can't create flawless works.

Those who are allergic to cat hair, feathers and rabbit hair should be cautious to commission.
There are cats, parrots and rabbits in the studio. Those who are allergic should be cautious when commissioning!

Shipping is not included, and customs duties will not be covered.
The mailing method is EMS, and the postage will be paid by the customer. In some regions, the customer is required to fill out customs clearance materials and pay customs duties. It is necessary to record an unboxing video for inspection before signing for receipt.

It comes with a one-year warranty for non-artificial damages.
For after-sales service, you can directly contact Mumu for communication. In case of quality problems with the fursuit that are caused by the studio's negligence rather than artificial damages, the studio will actively address the issues and conduct free repairs. For minor problems, the studio will guide the client to repair them by themselves. If they can't be repaired independently, then confirm sending them back to the studio. If problems are found within 30 days after the shipment, the studio will cover the postage and conduct repairs without the need for scheduling. If problems are found after 30 days, the client needs to pay for the postage and discuss the specific repair date with the studio.Artificial damages are not covered by the warranty.

Payment via Alipay, Hanpass and Paypal is accepted.
It's preferable to make payment via Alipay. If you choose to pay via Paypal, the client will be required to cover the handling fees. Hanpass is more convenient for clients from South Korea to make payments. After confirmation of being selected, customer service staff Mumu can teach clients how to use Alipay.

Installment payment is accepted, and the down payment is 30% of the total amount.
Communicate with us to confirm the final price, the starting time of production and the completion time. You can pay in a lump sum or in installments. Only three installments are accepted. For the first installment, 30% of the total amount shall be paid as the initial deposit to confirm the commissioned position. For the second installment, 40% of the total amount shall be paid as the intermediate deposit at the agreed starting time of production. The remaining balance shall be paid off before shipment after the fursuit is completed. In case of canceling the commission, the paid deposits will not be refunded.

Orders will be arranged according to the sequence of the payment of deposits.
The studio will arrange the commissioned positions according to the sequence of the payment of the initial deposits, and confirm the starting time of production and the completion time with the clients.

Please try not to modify the design after confirming the commission.
If the design drawing is modified, a re-evaluation of the price will be required and a new contract will need to be signed. If the modified design differs significantly from the original one, we have the right to refuse the modification.

If you need to expedite the production, please inform the studio in advance. The production period will be determined according to the specific situation.
After being selected and before paying the deposit, you can tell us the time when you would like to receive the fursuit. We will then judge whether it needs to be expedited. Sufficient time will be reserved for our communication, design and production in the agreement. The cost required for expedited service will be determined according to the difficulty of the design and the time limit for expediting. It needs to be paid together with the initial deposit and installment payments will not be accepted.

For commissions that are cancelled midway through production, we have the right to make modifications and then sell them.

Completed works will not be eligible for refunds, returns or remakes.
The fursuit produced by the studio based on the design drawing and the requirements put forward by the client is the finished product. There will be subjective aesthetic evaluations for the finished product, and the client shall not refuse to pay the balance and receive the goods due to subjective aesthetic reasons.

For the full fursuit, DTD and some body measurements need to be provided.
Having a DTD will make it more convenient for us to take accurate measurements. When opening an order, we will provide the client with a size requirement form, and please fill it out truthfully. It is recommended to create the DTD in the month when we have agreed to open the commission. Try to maintain your figure after making the DTD. If there are significant changes in your figure that result in the fursuit not fitting properly, the studio can re-evaluate the price and modify the fursuit, but it will be necessary to arrange the order as appropriate and pay for the modification fees.

If you don't want us to wear your fursuit, please inform us in advance.
We need to wear the fursuit for a short while to take pictures and video. During the process, we will wear sweat-absorbing clothes and conduct a full-body disinfection after wearing it. If you don't want us to wear it, please let us know in advance and we will respect the client's choice.

If you resell the fursuits made by us, you must inform us and clearly indicate the source and the original price.
Clients who resell the fursuits made by the studio must inform the studio in advance that they are reselling, and clearly indicate the source of the fursuits as well as the original price. The reselling price must not be higher than the original price. If it is found that the client has not handled it properly, the studio will hold them accountable.
